As for the unqualified products found in this spot check, according to the relevant provisions of the product quality law and the Interim Measures for the administration of product quality supervision and spot check, Anqing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau has submitted them to the relevant units for investigation and treatment, and entered the post-processing work procedures such as rectification and review, urged enterprises to implement the main responsibility of product quality and safety according to law, guided enterprises to organize production strictly according to standards, and maintained product quality and safety.
