Wuhan Shengwei Instrument Valve Co., Ltd. took on a large order for a single manual slurry sampling valve in August. The product materials are composed of duplex stainless steel and 316L stainless steel. The product specification selection for this batch of supply production orders is determined by Shengwei Company and is divided into low concentration and medium concentration types.

     The manual slurry sampling valve provided this time is intended for use in the integrated project of utilizing new raw material fiber biomass refining, including the raw material pulping production line and the papermaking production line. Due to the use of new raw materials for pulp production, there are unique characteristics in its pulp production process. The number of duplex stainless steel material slurry sampling valves used in this pulp production line is relatively large, significantly exceeding the number used in the same pulp production line.

    In 2011 and 2015, Shengwei Company provided duplex stainless steel manual pulp sampling valves for the selection of chemical pulp production lines newly built by two domestic paper companies. This time, we are once again producing manual slurry sampling valves of the same material. Due to the special anti-corrosion composition of duplex stainless steel, it must be selected and used in the relevant chemical pulp production line process requirements.
