GlaxoSmithKline Daily Health Products (China) Co., Ltd., based on its own future development planning and demands, decided to move its registered area across districts - GlaxoSmithKline Daily Health Products (China) Co., Ltd. will change its current registered address (8th floor, No. 168, Xizang Middle Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai) to Room 506, No. 1, Shengang Avenue, Lingang New Area, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
Taking into account various internal and external factors and requirements, we submitted a business license change application in April 2021 and obtained a new business license on April 30th.
After the change of the business license, the product packaging should be changed accordingly. However, due to the constraints of cross-border raw materials and supplier production capacity, it is currently not possible to immediately stop the production and use of old packaging. After sufficient communication with the market supervision and management department of the registered location and obtaining their understanding and consent, the company promises to transition to the new product packaging (marked with the new registered address on the business license) as soon as possible within 6 months from the date of approval of the business license. Domestic products are calculated based on the production date, while imported products that require domestic subcontracting are calculated based on the actual packaging date.
